We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, but due to the nature of our fulfillment process, we operate with a limited return window and do not offer free returns.


Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible, the item must be:

  • unused,
  • in its original packaging,
  • in the same condition as received.

Returns requested after 14 days will not be accepted.


When Are Returns Accepted?

We only accept returns if:

  • the item arrived damaged or defective,
  • you received the wrong item.

Returns for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size, or personal preference are not accepted.


How to Request a Return

To request a return, email us at aurlitho.store@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. Please include:

  • your order number,
  • a description of the issue,
  • clear photos (for damaged or incorrect items).

If your return is approved, we’ll provide:

  • a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number,
  • return instructions.

Do not send any items back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.


Who Pays for Return Shipping?

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, regardless of the reason for the return.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at aurlitho.store@gmail.com with photos and a description of the issue — in certain cases, we may offer a refund or cover return shipping costs, at our sole discretion.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

For low-value items (under $10), we may issue a refund without requiring a return, at our discretion.


Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us and we will assist you with a return or refund if eligible.


Items Not Eligible for Return

We cannot accept returns for:

  • used items or items not in their original packaging,
  • hygiene-related products (e.g., cosmetics, underwear),
  • items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable.”

Non-Returnable & Exempt Items

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including:

  • perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers),
  • newspapers or magazines,
  • intimate or sanitary products,
  • hazardous materials,
  • flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items include:

  • gift cards,
  • downloadable software products,
  • certain health and personal care items.

To complete your return (if eligible), we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

All returns must be approved in advance. Once your return is authorized, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions.
Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this policy.

At this time, we primarily serve customers within the United States.

If you place an order from outside the U.S., it will be reviewed manually before fulfillment.

If we are unable to complete your order due to location or shipping restrictions, you will receive a full refund.
