Refund & Returns Policy
Service area
At this time, we only fulfill and process returns for orders within the United States. Orders placed from outside the U.S. may be reviewed manually before fulfillment. If we cannot complete your order due to location or shipping restrictions, you will receive a full refund.
Return window
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition as received. Returns requested after 14 days will not be accepted.
When are returns accepted?
We accept returns if:
- the item arrived damaged or defective, or
- you received the wrong item.
Returns for reasons such as change of mind or personal preference are not accepted.
How to request a return
Email us at aurlitho.store@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery and include:
- your order number,
- a short description of the issue,
- clear photos (for damaged or incorrect items).
Please wait for our confirmation before sending anything back. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.
Return shipping (free)
For approved returns we cover the cost of sending the item back (by refunding the return shipping cost or providing another method we specify).
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us with photos — we’ll make sure you don’t pay for the return shipping.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method, usually within 5–7 business days.
Sale/clearance items may be non-refundable (this will be stated on the product page).
Items not eligible for return
- items returned used, damaged or without original packaging,
- custom/personalized items (if you ever wprowadzisz takie),
- items marked “final sale” or “non-returnable”.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet this policy.
